We bill an hourly rate for services to an individual or their family. These services include, but are not limited to: assessment, care planning, arranging for services, home visits, documentation, reports, telephone calls, e-mails, and correspondence.
Some insurance and employee assistance programs may reimburse you for our services and we can work with you to explore these possibilities. We do not accept referral bonuses or commissions for our work, so you can be assured that we are working for you and your family.
Assessments in the State of Washington for transfer to an adult care home or assisted living facility are billed at a flat rate.
