Family members who care for older adults in their lives are also called caregivers.  Family caregivers are usually unpaid and provide hourly to sometimes daily care.  The focus of care is primarily on the older adult they are caring for.  In the work we do we meet many care providers that set aside their lives, their health and some times their careers to care for others.  This is an collection of quotes from others in hopes that caregivers can accept support, hope, and perhaps a moment of pause to reflect on their lives.
